Hi, I'm Nate I would like to speak to **management only** about this idea as it is fully up to them. So I've been considering the idea of leading the Cook County Sheriff Department since the sheriff's team has transformed into the Chicago Police Department. With five years of experience in law enforcement roleplay, I've developed a clear vision for PD roleplay that I believe could bring some positive and realistic changes within White City Chicago Roleplay. My plans include establishing dedicated correction officers for the county jail, which would enhance roleplay for the inmates and would be more realistic. Additionally, I want to expand the department into more subdivisions, such as S.W.A.T, CID, and maybe a few more. Now I fully believe in strict professionalism and accountability, ensuring that everyone on the team prioritizes public safety. My goal is to foster a culture of teamwork and respect, where everyone feels valued and empowered to do their best work. By implementing innovative strategies and engaging with the community, we can enhance trust and cooperation between law enforcement and residents. I believe that with the right leadership, we can build a more effective and responsive sheriff's department that truly serves the people of Cook County, ensuring their safety and well-being on all levels. I also will not be rushing you guys to do everything, but I would love for you guys to work on it, you know what I mean? Like at least have everything ready to go within a week because my deputies I bring over are gonna be hyped to play as Cook County Sheriff again as we have done this department before in two other servers that are closed down now or died out. I just got a cook county sheriff office vehicle pack now but you guys would have to work on eup and whatever else needs to be worked on. Or could yall let me run Illinois State Police because I also have a vehicle pack and eup pack for them.
