How was this/these rule(s) broken? Not even going to type a paragraph. The reason you guys came over here and shot and killed our faction members was for what again we never had any violent interaction with you guys at all, so for you guys to come over here and shoot and kill our members is insane to me. This is just very clear that you guys are not here to ROLEPLAY at all, so with that being said, we would like a void of the entire scene.

What are you showing, to be exact, but since you want to show screenshots, I will be showing the actual clips because, as seen in Evidence 1, you come to our block and scammed one of my members, and he did not retaliate or anything, he took his loss and went about his day, and you're telling me that is a violent attack. Come on, let's be real. But now onto Evidence 2. Lucky for you, one of my faction members has his POV where they asked you multiple times where you were from and you never stated where you were from, but we did, as seen here in Evidence 3, so tell me how we are supposed to know that he was Shorty Mobb if he never said anything and he is on another faction turf. Now onto Evidence 4 if you read the messages you're telling him that they know where you be at and that and I quote "get me b4 i get you ong" I have one question if you don't mind me asking what did he do to you in character for you to hate him so much that you want to "get him before he gets you". Now onto this "Cheating Evidence" see unlike you guys we have and will show the POV of you the person you say is cheating because he is not cheating once so ever as seen in Evidence 5 you can see him shoot the driver one time at 0:08 and two more times at 0:12-0:14, so please tell me how he is cheating. You know what is crazy to me that you guys have yet to send anyone of the shooters POV that was on that faction attack, but yet my member is cheating. It seems to me that you guys have something to hide if you ask me, don't you think.

Good Morning, I will be reviewing all the evidence and making a decision.

After reviewing all evidence, I have not found sufficient justification for Shorty Mob to attack KTS. You have not produced the appropriate number of negative interactions with KTS to justify attacking them.

Additionally, from both the driver and shooter's POV, the driver is only hit once and dies with full health. That is clearly a damage multiplier.

Please review our ROE and remember proper escalation is important for all factions.
