Rule(s) Broken: Power gaming and exploiting

How was this/these rule(s) broken? Power gaming: The opposing faction came to an event with a car that makes no sound at all. Who was supposed to hear them pulling up in the car. realistically all cars make noise.

Exploiting: The killer posted the clip of him exploiting because when he hopped out of the car he was about to fall be he emote cancelled and then proceeded to go on. When the fact that he exploited was posted he deleted the clip out of the faction kills channel and I can still see it because I have a different discord
