Report a Staff Member​
This is where you should file a report if you have encountered a conflict with a staff member of Windy City Roleplay through an in-game or via the forums and they had broken any community rules or staff guidelines. Please keep in mind that reports must be supported by tangible evidence and that there must have been a particular rule broken or broken. Disciplinary action against the reporting party is possible in cases of spam reports or reports made without a valid justification out of spite.

- Permissions Abuse.
- Favoring one party in situations (bias).
- Allowing members to breach guidelines.
- Not enforcing server guidelines.
- ETC.

If you're looking to file a report on a staff member, please submit a report with the following format below. Be aware that some type of video proof will need to be provided or no action will be taken at any point and time at all, also keeping in mind that Lead Administrators will look carefully into your entire report and properly handle it.
