Faction Attacks

When you kill or put another member into death mode, attacks are automatically taken into account. Attacks also fall under the following categories

  • A robbery is considered a faction attack when it occurs on a faction's official turf. (To avoid those who attempt to Play-2-Win and avoid roleplay you do not have to pin-point when robbing an individual within a faction's turf) If the faction member isn't on the set turf, and you are aware that he's apart of the set faction IC, it will STILL be considered a faction attack. (Remember to abide by the double attacking rule) You must have valid reasoning to rob someone as your faction may only rob every 12 hours regardless of the turf, failure to do so will result in punishment.

  • Factions who come to another faction's turf and with the intent to create a hostile environment: visibly aiming your gun (IC), robbing, shooting, stabbing, etc. will be considered a faction attack. Hostile actions can be defined as putting someone in the opposing faction in death mode, brawling, chasing an opposing faction on feet or in vehicle, being verbally hostile like dissing their set, spinning 3 or more times (if the faction reacts upon it.), coming to an opposing faction's turf instigating or provoking said faction to attack you (example(s): heavily trooping through an opposing faction's turf you heavily beef with), will count as your faction creating a hostile environment.
  • You may not attack a faction that is on probation unless they bring it upon themselves (I.e: Disrespecting the dead members, Or threaten your life). If you are attacking and there is less than 4-5 members outside, you must pinpoint the member your attacking and if you do attack the 4-5 without pinpointing you must have valid reasoning to believe they are faction members ( as in gloves, mask, tattoos being 4-5 deep on the mainlines of a gang's block just some type of reasoning) before attacking. Failure to do so, can result in a faction strike or ban.
  • You May not Reload your weapon on a Faction Attack or on Defense.
  • When attacking a solo member not on their turf, you must pinpoint the member by having prior beef with that individual. You must identify who the person is by their face or articles of clothing from a previous interaction. Those interactions must be logged before attacking the individual.
  • Fist fights are not considered an attack, unless you outnumber the opposing faction (jumping them) or it results in someone in death mode (Beating someone to death is valid IF you & said faction have 7 negative interactions/screens leading to the event), After a set faction is Tiered, fights only count towards an interaction.
  • After every faction attack you are on a 72 HOUR COOLDOWN with that faction, and a 12 hour with other factions unless attacked or HEAVILY provoked.
  • Factions that are on probationary, they aren’t able to initiate any attacks during. If another faction attacks you, you have rights to defend.
  • Any negative weapon interaction towards another faction is considered an attack as in upping your gun and pointing it towards someone or robbing someone(if the person is on their turf) Everything must be logged. ( flashing your gun in a /me is not an attack.)
  • If the roleplay is sufficient enough and the opposing faction hasn't slid back within 24 hours, you can double attack.
  • Poor Escalation - any type of roleplay that wasn't built up properly or given a sufficient reason to perform a faction attack can lead to a punishment.
  • (e.g. You are not allowed to perform an attack if you are on cooldown, regardless if they heavily provoked you. rule applies to DOUBLE ATTACKING as well.)

Additional Faction Rules
  • The maximum number of people you're allowed to bring on an attack is 4 people. (This is excluded if it's on your set turf.)
  • The maximum amount of people you're allowed to bring on a brawl is 8 people per faction. (This includes allies)
  • You may not linger in the faction's turf as it may be considered turf camping.
  • Attacks must escalate realistically but also organically.
  • Solo attacks are prohibited unless PINPOINTED.
  • Without at least 5 negative interactions, arguments included , between the factions, you are not allowed to engage in a shootout with a rival faction.
  • Members of a faction who are not participating in the faction attack are not permitted to scout or spin enemy turf.
  • At public gatherings like parties or get-togethers that were advertised via Word around town in the discord, factions are not permitted to shoot, beef, or cause drama. A different place needs to be chosen for the drama or back and forth.
  • With sufficient proof, factions may be terminated for using crosshairs.
  • It is strongly forbidden to take screenshots outside of the server, outside of White City’s server script (such as scripted roleplay, false smartphone screenshots, etc.) Menyoos on your thread is okay though.
  • To prevent misuse, faction members are not permitted to gang bang or provoke inside safe zones.
  • Factions must have 4 positive or negative interactions in order to rob from another faction. Unless it has been roleplayed that you have knowledge of them having something of value (Drugs, Jewelry, Weapons, etc.) Add On Information: Meaning if you're posting anything of value and showing off on Any social media such as, Birdy, Insta Pic, Trendy etc. You're liable to get approached and robbed if you're identified as the same person from a Social Media Post.
  • It is strictly banned to use Discords, streams, clips or engage in general metagaming while playing, and getting caught could result in a faction strike or, depending on the severity, faction termination.
  • If you are not a member of a faction, you are not able to participate in a faction attack.
  • After getting injured in a faction attack, you must RP your injuries for 12 hours.
  • If a faction hasn't applied to become a faction, no gangs or factions can be formed. A faction may start its development and engage in faction activity once it has a thread.
  • Anything that’s not a good representation of Faction Roleplay deemed by LFM could lead to a punishment.
  • Members of a faction are not permitted to enter local OOC or act out of character without justification. Faction Management will punish you or your faction if you enter local OOC because you are unable to take a L. You can also report any members of a faction that engage in this behavior. Ask questions later after letting the situation develop.
  • Before even considering participating in a shootout, you must fully develop each character. This is a strict rule that won't be tolerated if broken.
  • You must stay in the server 30 minutes after initiating the attack, the same thing applies for defense.
  • You may not attempt to take someone's INVENTORY items after knocking them out, only things like shoes, clothes etc. Everything must be roleplayed with /me's and /do's if doing so.
  • You must wait AT LEAST 72 hours ( 3 days ) after a character is made and/or joined a faction before committing a faction attack. Failure to do so can be a punishment. ( We Watch logs, trust me)
  • If you want to report a faction a report must be made within 24 hours from the incident - Reporting for revenge because a situation didn't go as planned is forbidden.
  • If your faction is found to have hackers, cheaters or people using hitbox your faction will be L&A.
  • As a Faction Member, you are only allowed to roleplay your injuries IF you get shot and DON’T enter the death script, if you enter the death script while being shot you are to Character Kill. (CK)
  • No speed boosting & 100k or die shooting when in the server.
  • Any type of game modifications or software which gives a player any advantage over another player is Forbidden. This includes the following; mods, crosshairs, tracers, stretch resolution, unlimited stamina etc.
  • First person FOV modifications are allowed.
  • If another faction member asks you where you are from you are to bang your hood at all times failure to do so will result in a FACTION STRIKE/WARNING.
  • Kidnapping is a part of robbing, you can kidnap and rob but you may not kidnap and kill. (Torture Roleplay )
  • If you have an open report on another faction - you should not participate in any types of negative interactions with this faction until the verdict has been decided and posted (vice versa).
  • Fights ( as in jumping aka out numbering opponents ) are considered attacks when you have no drop - Fights are not considered attacks after you receive the weapon drop; they are only logged as negative interactions, but don't forget they must be logged.
  • Shooter's POV MUST be provided if asked upon, any failure to do so could result in a loss of a report, which could end up in your faction getting punished.
  • Public bashing and/or OOC Toxicity to a set faction's roleplay could result in a punishment, please note to make a report or leave it as is, have common courtesy upon the faction.
  • One robbery interaction is not a proper reason to put someone into shooting beef, unless a lethal firearm or any item with a worth over $10,000 is included. Which would fall under poor escalation. (Please make sure to build roleplay with the characters, before having a valid reason to kill.)
  • Commiting a faction attack out of electric vehicles are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, as it can result in punishment.
  • You may not commit a faction attack out of any high-end vehicles unless you're a Tier 2 or higher faction.
  • If the user is outnumbered while being circled, cornered, etc you must value your life and fear.
  • Water Evading - Factions may not use water as an attempt to escape from police or a set faction. (This also applies to using water after a set shootout in an attempt to remove GSR.)
  • Cop Baiting - Factions may not bait or use a distraction to police to avoid jail time, as it is roleplaying server limits. (depending on the sovereignty)
  • Depending on the severity a faction may be striked if multiple occasions where members are constantly provoking within a greenzone are seen.
  • Factions may be prohibited from selling loot as long as there is an active faction report up.
  • Factions may be punished for Playing To Win / Avoiding Roleplay
  • Factions may be punished for Deathmatch Mentality.
  • Civilians are not off limits, if a civilian provokes a faction member they are liable to get retaliated on. To be able to kill or rob a civilian you must have 2 NEGATIVE INTERACTIONS with that person and these interactions MUST be logged in the screens and interaction channel in your faction discord.
  • WHEN A FACTION L&A YOU MUST TURN IN YOUR GUNS. IF YOU ARE FOUND WITH THOSE GUNS YOU WILL BE BANNED!!!
  • IF YOU GO AND TRY TO ROB SOMEONE THEN KILL THEM THAT WILL RESULT IN A STRIKE.
  • The sidewalk and parking lot of player owned businesses are not considered greenzone for faction roleplayers.

Section 4.1 | Faction Strike system

All factions are held to a heightened standard and expected to act professionally on an OOC level to maintain the standards of their membership. Factions that are unable to do so may be subject to progressive levels of punishment from Faction Management ranging from individual punishments, leadership removals, and faction closure. One instance of tracking punishments are “faction strikes” which can be issued as a step up from a verbal deterrent.

A list of examples that can lead to a faction strike or L&A:
  • Significant or repeated rule breaking within the faction from multiple members. Depending on the severity, leadership will be given an opportunity to “clean house” as a way to preclude a faction strike but in the event they ignored, encouraged, or participated in the rule breaks, a strike may be assessed.
  • Significant or repeated breaks of Rules of Engagement; including violating the alternative character policy defined in RoE.
  • Toxicity, OOC harassment or bullying, dishonesty with administration (particularly HFM). Same as the rule breaking, unless leadership is part of the problem or “in the know” and ignoring it, you will be given a chance to fix the issue prior to a strike being issued.
  • Failure to maintain faction roleplay quality standards or realism.
  • Leadership involved in any form of major rule breaks.
  • Unofficial Factions will have lower criteria for strikes and may be shut down if there is a large issue that plagues the entire faction.
