Rule(s) Broken: Robbing without proper interactions, improper /me's and /do's and provoking on cooldown

How was this/these rule(s) broken? Hi faction management ima keep this short and sweet cause its really no argument at all , we don't have no negative interactions at this moment with 808 hell not even positive so why are they robbing us off first interaction? addressing the /me's and /do's as you can see he went into my members pockets one didn't use any /me's and one used subpar ones. Lastly we are on a 48 hour cooldown all factions so why are they even robbing to begin with? We would like to request the entire scene be voided. (had to post here cause faction reports locked).
